About the Club

The Russian River is a beautiful as well as vital waterway winding through Northern California's Mendicino and Sonoma Counties. The weather, scenery, and extensive backroad system of the Russian River Area create the ultimate environment for motorcycle enthusiasts.

The Russian River BMW Motorcycle Club (RRBMWMC) is a group of riders that share an interest in riding motorcycles for social and recreational reasons. Nearly all club members own at least one BMW motorcycle and are members of the BMW Owners of America.

The Club promotes safe riding practices while exploring the incredible variety of roads in Northern California. Organized rides are scheduled three times each month. Upcoming ride details can be found on the club calendar.

Several times each year the club offers overnight trips allowing riders to expand their experience and meet members of other BMW riding clubs. All motorcycle riders and their families are welcome to join in events.

The club is very supportive of new riders and welcoming to women riders. The primary goal of the club is to provide riders with a good time while encouraging skill improvement in a supportive atmosphere. Membership in the club is not required to participate.

The RRBMWMC Club is a fully chartered member of BMWMOA.
